I’ve been using Peggy’s Biscotti in my gourmet teas and gift boxes/baskets business for over a year and I’ve never had a disappointed customer. I’ve tried over 12 flavors of biscotti thus far and each one is delicious. Peggy creates the perfect texture and flavor for her biscotti–each one is firm enough for dipping yet easy to bite and chew. The flavor and taste is always fresh. She has created some of the most intriguing and best flavor combinations! As a business owner, what I like is that I can freeze them so that my shipment remains fresh and the flavor and texture, once brought back to room temperature, remain just as fresh as the first day when I received them. I received this item yesterday afternoon after purchasing it through an Amazon special promotion. Wow was I impressed.
These biscotti are delicious. My husband and I enjoyed them last night as desert and this morning with our coffee and I was about to buy another couple of packages to enjoy when I noticed that it is not available on Amazon prime. Too bad. I hope they repeat this offer in the future. If so, don’t miss out.
