These biscotti are delicious. My husband and I enjoyed them last night as desert and this morning with our coffee and I was about to buy another couple of packages to enjoy when I noticed that it is not available on Amazon prime. Peggy creates the perfect texture and flavor for her biscotti--each one is firm enough for dipping yet easy to bite and chew. The flavor and taste is always fresh. She has created some of the most intriguing and best flavor combinations! As a business owner, what I like is that I can freeze them so that my shipment remains fresh and the flavor and texture, once brought back to room temperature, remain just as fresh as the first day when I received them.
